Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our processing center.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
